Code of conduct

The Bugs Land is about enjoying the competition, as a family and with players of every age. These rules apply to the game, to player names, to the rankings and to our official communities.

Respect others

No insults, harassment, threats, discrimination or hate speech for any reason. Clans compete in the game, not outside it.

Win graciously and lose calmly: the rivalry between Ants and Bugs is part of the game, not a reason to be disrespectful.

Play fair

Don't use cheats, bots, automated programs or tools that modify the game or its communications. Don't fix matches or agree with others to lose or win.

The server validates every fight. Cheating voids results and rewards, and can lead to an account suspension.

Don't exploit bugs

If you find a bug that gives you coins, items or wins you shouldn't have, don't use it or share it: tell us. We may remove anything obtained that way and correct your balance.

Appropriate names

Your player name appears in the public rankings (league, Hive Tournament and Clan War), so players of every age will see it.

It can't be offensive, sexual or violent, or impersonate another person, a team member or a brand. It also shouldn't include your real name, e-mail, phone number or any other personal data.

Names go through a filter of inappropriate words. If a name slips through, we may replace it with a neutral one.

Protect your account and others'

Don't share your password or ask for anyone else's. Don't try to access other people's accounts or send misleading links.

Personal information

Don't post personal details about yourself or others (address, phone number, school…).

Appropriate content

Don't share violent, sexual, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content for all ages.

Community

These rules also apply on our social networks and on Discord. Follow each platform's rules too.

How to report

If you see behavior that breaks this code, report it through the official channel when it's available. Don't respond to provocations.

Consequences

Depending on severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, a player name reset or permanent account closure.
